StoneWave Productions does not accept indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost business, lost wages, lost revenue, lost data, or lost software, even if StoneWave Productions is advised of the possibility of such damages in advance.
NOTE: Under no circumstances will StoneWave Productions liability exceed the amount you paid for the product(s).
