United States Shipping & Sales Tax Policies
All StoneWave computer systems ship FREE within the continental United States (this excludes Alaska and Hawaii) via FedEx ground. StoneWave systems are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories like Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands via USPS. Your shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
Any 3rd party items added to your StoneWave system during checkout, or bought individually from the StoneWave store will ship FREE within the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) via either FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS direct from the manufacturer.
Processing, building, and testing of your StoneWave system will be 7-10 days (Not including shipping time). Once your system arrives, if it appears to have sustained damage during shipping, notify us and the carrier immediately. Please keep all packaging materials for possible inspection. If you notify StoneWave about the damaged package within 10 days of delivery we will process the refund or replacement. If you notify us about the damaged package beyond 10 days of delivery, the carrier will process the refund. For a carrier refund you will need to fill a claim. Filling a claim with the carrier can be a long process so we highly recommend you notify us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping
3rd party items purchased from the StoneWave store will be dealt with by the manufacturer as these items will be shipped to you factory direct.
California residences will be charged an 8.25% sales tax on all orders. Any address outside of California will be exempt from sales tax.
