Finding Pure Landscape has been a dream come true for us! In May of 2009, we bought a home in Goodyear, but we were still living in Cleveland, Ohio. This required us to work remotely with our previous landscaping company. During the several months, the quality of care we received and the communication (from our previous landscaping company) during this time was extremely disappointing - an entire row of flowering shrubs was cut to the ground without our knowledge!

Our friends (who were living in our home at the time), did some extensive research regarding reputable landscaping companies and recommended Pure. We changed landscaping companies a little less than a year ago, and how we wish we had started out with Pure! Our relationship with the entire team - from Pete and Anesia to Steve and Carlos (?) - has been tremendous. They have taken full ownership and care of our weekly landscaping needs, including making recommendations regarding the trimming and growth of our trees. In all of our dealings with them, they have been proactive, prompt, and professional. The yard team is without a doubt the most knowledgeable of any I have ever met in over 8 years of working with landscapers.

We moved into our home full time in late October, and met with Pete and Anesia to survey our yard. Based on that meeting, and the recommendations that were made, we decided to add some yard enhancements to our home. The entire process - from planning stages, to mapping of yard, to installation of plant life and lighting - exceeded our expectations. Not only did we receive a call and email regarding the date for the project's commencement, but we also received notice of who our on-site contact would be. On the day the project was to begin, the team showed up early and worked tirelessly to hit their deadlines. They were all very cordial, neat, and again, treated our yard as if it were their own. We could not have asked for better service!

Once the installation was complete, Pete made a personal follow-up visit to make certain that everything was done to plan - including the testing of the lights to ensure the timer and spot-light placements were accurate. From start to finish - it was a true pleasure.
