Schedule
A broad range of classes are offered throughout the day and evening, weekday and weekend. These include mixed classes for men and women, from basic through advanced, as well as classes for children.
As well as Aikido body arts classes, weapons training plays an integral part in developing the mind/body movement of Aikido, and our classes also include instruction in:
bokken and jyo - wooden staff and sword
iaido - the art of Japanese swordsmanship, which involves drawing and resheathing the blade
zazen - Buddhist sitting meditation
