No, your setup and monthly fee gets you the use of your Xpress site for as long as you want it, but you don't own the design or the content-management technology. You do own any content put on the site. Xpress sites are tied into technologies that are common to all Xpress customers. The technology behind all Xpress sites is proprietary, and the designs are shared among many customers. You therefore cannot move the site to another hosting provider. Xpress sites are not simple HTML sites, as most web developers provide. They are tied into databases and reliant on our core technologies. What we provide for the monthly fee is, essentially, the site for that month.
