Is there a service contract involved?
You are only committing to the first and last months of service after the completion of your site. You can terminate your service with us at any time by giving us 30 days notice. Ninth Degree cannot offer a refund of your setup fee after we have begun the process of developing your Xpress site, but you can terminate the monthly service at any time following the completion of the site.
