How much does it cost to get an Xpress site?
There is a one-time setup fee of $299 (+ $99 if you also want e-commerce) and a monthly service charge. The setup fee covers the personalization of your site (i.e., adding your logo and company name, modifying the navigation to represent your page selections, and integrating photography on the home page to represent your company). It is a non-recurring charge.
There is also a monthly service fee, which covers your use of the site for as long as you'd like it. This fee starts at $19.99 per month for a basic service plan, though plans for larger sites are also available. DNS and email service is also included in this fee. The monthly service fee also covers a designated amount of bandwidth usage, which starts at 3 GB per month (but is dependent on your service plan). When you first order your Xpress site you are charged the setup fee plus the last month's service fee. When your site is completed, you are charged for the first month's service fee. You can cancel your service at any time with 30 days' notice. (Since the last month's fee is charged in advance, at the point you cancel you will not incur further charges.)
There are no other hidden costs. If you happen to do extreme amounts of traffic, you could be responsible for bandwidth overage charges, but this would only be likely to apply to sites which offer gigantic file downloads. The amount of bandwidth which is included with an Xpress site will cover normal and typical levels of site traffic.
