Lavender is our signature Garden Shortbread Cookie, we use lavender buds from Rock Hill Estate in Sonoma. They have proprietary process to deliver the purest lavender buds/blossoms possible. We use just the right amount of lavender so that the flavor is noticeable and not too strong. Nothing perfume-y or soap-y here.
Shorties™ are our bite-sized cookie. This is a good snacking size to have on hand for a day at the beach, road trip, or front porch sitting.
