Our online store at www.allstates-k9.com is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your e-mail address and other information you provide us. All customer information is stored in a database using Triple-DES 1024-bit encryption algorithms, to guarantee that personal information is preserved securely.
Privacy Policy
All States K-9 Detection (ASK-9) respects your privacy, and the information you provide will be kept confidential. We only collect, store, and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and share company news with you. We do not sell your personal information.
In addition, All States K-9 Detection may be required to disclose personal information in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, regulation, and other legal action or if ASK-9 reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to protect ASK-9, its customers, or the public.
Order Processing
All orders are usually shipped out in 1-3 business days once your credit card order has been approved and cleared for shipment. Every effort is made to ship by 3:00 PM on the same day as the order except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. ASK-9 uses the best delivery provider based on the purchase and most reasonable and time efficient method available. Occasionally, because of an out-of-stock situation, shipping may be delayed. In the event that an item you purchased is going to be out of stock for longer than 4 business days you will be notified via e-mail or telephone.
Some items are limited and we reserve the right to discontinue or replace like items at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Cancelled orders that have not already been shipped are subject to a $20 service fee. Order Cancellation cannot occur once the item or items have been shipped.
Pricing
We reserve the right to amend prices and descriptions. Although we take utmost care to provide true and accurate information, we have the right to correct any errors and will advise in any price or description alterations for ordered items.
Payment Policy
We accept payment by credit card only. All sales are made in U.S. currency (USD) only. Payment will include item cost, shipping & handling, and taxes where applicable.
Return Policy
Starter Kits, scent associated aids, hides, rewards, toweling or containers - All sales are final and no returns are allowed on these items.
After a sale on other products, items can be returned within 10 days with our authorization, and from the time you initiated your return and received your RA number. All qualified items being returned for any reason must have a Return Authorization number from All States K-9 Detection. This RA# must be placed on the outside of the carton of the item being returned or the carton will be refused upon delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, unless it is an error on our part. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. It is in your best interest to insure all returns/exchanges. ALL returns will be charged a $20 or 20% handling fee, whichever is greater, unless it is an error on our part.
A detailed email will be delivered to you with your package and contains detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. Please read it carefully, as products that do not qualify for return (ie, scent related items) and is returned to us anyway will not be credited to your account and All States K-9 will not be responsible for getting the unqualified item back into your possession.
If you mailed in an authorized return, we ask that you allow us 15 days to process your request. We can typically reimburse you within 48 business hours after we receive the return at our warehouse. For example, you should be reimbursed within 7 business days if you sent your package via a 3-5 day delivery method.

Shipping Damage
Report damage upon receipt of item to the carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS). Freight carrier must be notified upon receipt of items to insure freight damage claim resolution. Shipping damage not filed with carriers immediately upon receipt will not be covered.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
Although the information and recommendations at this internet site are presented in good faith and believed to be correct, ASK-9 makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the information.

All of ASK-9 products are guaranteed against defects for 15 days from the date of sale. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will ASK-9, it’s employees or affiliated contractors be liable for any claims, special or consequential damages, costs or cause of action that result from the use of, or the inability to use, or that you may in the future have as a result of injuries or damage sustained or incurred from the use of ASK-9 products and services. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability to you by ASK-9 or any of its contractors or any of its or their licensors or suppliers for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to ASK-9, if any, for accessing the ASK-9 website for products.
