Ninth Degree Xpress (9dX) is a division of Ninth Degree, Inc. Founded in 1995, Ninth Degree, Inc. is a full-service creative agency specializing in web development, corporate branding and strategic marketing solutions. Ninth Degree's client list includes NASA, Sanyo, ESPN, The Melting Pot Restaurants, TIlly's, Experian, Chicago Pictures, as well as many others. Ninth Degree Xpress (9dX) was created to assist our clients who desire a high-end web site, but cannot afford a custom development.
WHAT IS AN XPRESS SITE?
An Xpress site is a way for you to have one of the hottest sites on the web for less than $300 set-up fee and $20 a month. It is a combination of a stunning design template and Ninth Degree's leading-edge content-management technology, and it offers you the ability to edit the content of the pages on your own. We set the site up for you, and you manage the content.
Here's how it works.
- You select a design from our gallery. We offer numerous designs in multiple colors. Any of our designs can be adapted to any corporate or personal objective.
- You select a service plan that will handle the number and complexity of pages that you anticipate. If you want to change this later, we can add additional page types before the site is constructed without any difficulty. You can upgrade your service plan at any time if your needs expand.
- You pay for the site using our secure page. Once we receive payment, we'll begin to collect assets from you to finish the site. This includes your logo, company name, and a couple of photographs that you want integrated into the home page. You get to pick the specific page types for your site and how you'd like them named. Once we have what we need from you, we will have your site built in one week or less.
- We provide you access to the CMI (content management interface) which allows you to add all the content to your site. Your site will contain sample content, initially, but it's easy to delete, add and modify. You can also swap out images. When you are ready, we will point your domain name to the new site. We can also get email set up for you at that time.
- You pay a low monthly service fee for as long as your want the Xpress site.
We call these Xpress sites because they begin with an existing design, which we modify to reflect your logo and corporate branding. We leverage the same technology that we use on sites that cost more than $10,000 -- but Xpress customers aren't able to request modifications to the underlying technology. The good news is that Xpress sites are so flexible that you won't need to.
Xpress sites are not portable -- they are not products that we sell. They are a service that is paid for monthly, as long as you want the site. Usage is available to you indefinitely, for a low, monthly fee.
